We're thrilled to have Partnered with Louis and Susan at Rainville Farm in Highgate Vermont (near the Canadian Border). They grow their own seeds, then slowly press them directly into oil with as little heat as possible and no processing at all. The result is a superior oil that is the best for high heat cooking and amazing in salads or any other dish where you want that sweet nutty flavor of sunflowers seeds.

Store this oil in a cool dark cabinet. It is very fresh and storing it in the fridge or leaving it in the sun will cause it to spoil and take on a strong bitter flavor.
