The result is a superior oil that is the best for high heat cooking and amazing in salads or any other dish where you want that sweet nutty flavor of sunflowers seeds.
Store this oil in a cool dark cabinet. It is very fresh and storing it in the fridge or leaving it in the sun will cause it to spoil and take on a strong bitter flavor.
