Amazake is a sweet, nourishing beverage made from rice. Rhapsody amazake is simplicity itself--just rice and water that has been cooked and cultured in small batches. We add a touch of unrefined Eden Foods sea salt and kombu--a nutrient rich sea vegetable--to boost phyto-nutrients, minerals, vitamins, and to enhance Amazake’s flavor.

Amazake can be consumed straight from the bottle as a cool drink or heated up for a warm one. Add some grated ginger, vanilla, almond extract or any other of your favorite flavorings. It can be used as a sweetener in porridge, baking, puddings or straight on cereal.
