Finally our local producer Lee and Ruth of Blackwell Roots Farm in Cabot, have enough production of their excellent plain Sauerkraut for us to offer to our Boston Partner Families. What we love about Lee and Ruth's recipe is that is is so simple with no spices other than sea salt. Just Cabbage and Sea Salt - does not get much simpler and better than that. The best part is they grow all their own cabbage - which we have also been offering through the winter.
