These dills contain vinegar, water, salt, Jalepeno Peppers plus her blend of herbs and spices. Claire's Country Garden was established in 1997 with a dozen jars of pickles and dilly beans at a local craft show. Since that time, Claire Bohannon has expanded her home kitchen into a larger commercial kitchen. She and her staff strive to produce products that are true to traditional recipes from her community and family. These pickles can be kept in the fridge for several months but are best eaten in the month after purchase.
