After careful stewardship of her fruit bushes and gardens, Norma Norris of Norris Berry Farm uses as little sugar as possible to make her award winning jams. She is proud of her jams and preserves, and attributes their outstanding flavor to the silty loamy soil that she grows on.
If you haven't tried it, Blueberries and Rhubarb are a divine combination. Add a bit of Raspberry, and you have a divine jam. Not too sweet, very red, and full of the sunshine of a Vermont Summer. Please Note: this jam includes a very small amount of butter (cows milk).
