After careful stewardship of her fruit bushes and gardens, Norma Norris of Norris Berry Farm uses as little sugar as possible to make her award winning jams. She is proud of her jams and preserves, and attributes their outstanding flavor to the silty loamy soil that she grows on.

This Strawberry Preserve is thick and not too sweet. Please Note: it includes a very small amount of butter in the ingredients (cows milk).
