After careful stewardship of her fruit bushes and gardens, Norma Norris of Norris Berry Farm uses as little sugar as possible to make her award winning jams. She is proud of her jams and preserves, and attributes their outstanding flavor to the silty loamy soil that she grows on.

Black Currants have a savory robust flavor. Combined with summer sweetness of Raspberries, this jam makes for an outstanding fusion of flavors. Please Note: Norma's jams include a very small amount of butter (cows milk). Once a diary farmer, always a dairy farmer!
