It is such a treat to be able to enjoy the wonderfully savory and comforting flavor or Butternut Squash all through the winter without the difficult work or peeling and boiling and mashing. Pete has really taken on feeding us through the winter with his commercial kitchen prepping and freezing his wonderful vegetables.

This frozen puree comes from Pete's Greens in Craftsbury, Vt. Pete grows a wide variety of vegetables Organically both in the field and in greenhouses to supply us nearly year round! He also processes many of his vegetable to guarantee us a year round bounty.
