Vegan Egg Rolls

These egg rolls are simply delicious!  Egg-free wrappers are filled with shredded cabbage, carrots, celery, and just the right amount ginger, garlic, black pepper and salt.  

Ingredients:

certified organic green cabbage, certified organic carrots, certified organic celery, certified organic high oleic sunflower oil, certified organic ginger, certified organic fresh garlic, certified organic black pepper, unrefined sea salt, egg-free wheat flour wrapper (from Vermont Fresh Pasta).

All the ingredients are certified organic except for the wrapper.

RECIPES & TIPS

To serve- heat egg rolls in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes if thawed, or 20-30 minutes if frozen.  

STORAGE TIPS

These Vegan Egg Rolls will last two weeks in the fridge, or indefinitely if you freeze them. Once thawed, consume within two weeks.
