For 2-3 servings, combine 1 cup pancake mix
with 3/4 cup milk, one beaten egg and
one tablespoon melted butter.
Mix well, ladle pancake batter onto a well greased medium hot skillet. Flip when golden and bubbles form through the center. Serve immediately with butter and maple syrup!
