Due to challenges of our Northeast climate, they are minimally sprayed to manage pests in an integrated practice with natural methods called Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
This is a perfect dessert apple, eaten raw. Very sweet and satisfying at the end of a meal. Excellent paired with a strong tart cheddar.
