Dill leaf is harvested in it's immature state before the plant sets out umbel shaped seed heads which are used in dill pickles, or in a savory bread or biscuits.

Dill is most flavorful fresh. Try adding it to eggs, fish, chowders, yogurt dips, and especially on smoked salmon, or frozen salmon with lemon and capers!
Store in a plastic bag or clamshell in the refrigerator.
