These are young and therefore quite tender and the translucent white stalks delightfully crisp. The combination add texture and subtle sweet flavors to a dish.

Bok choy is so tender and juicy it is delicious raw. The larger heads are great steamed with lemon, in soups, or sauteed with a spicy ginger sauce as part of a stir fry. Bok Choy can be used in place of napa cabbage in some dishes, but due to it's more tender nature please shorten cooking times.
Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
