The Miller family has farmed their land for eight generations in East Dummerston, Vermont. They were farming their land before Vermont was even a state, and exemplify how precious our partner families hold their relationship to their farms and land. They have started to diversify beyond apples and fruits to include pasture raised meats as well as organic vegetables.
This vinegar is mildly acidic and slightly sweet. It can be added to salad dressings, used when braising meats, or mixed with honey and cayenne to help kick a cold.
