Tarragon is an herb that many do not know, but it can add a wonderful savory flavor to many dishes. This herb is subtle, but can add depth of flavor to a simple dish.The flavor is best when added towards the end of preparing a dish.
It is most commonly found in a Bearnaise Sauce, or pickled vegetables, but because the leaves are tender it can be cut into a salad and goes particularly well with poultry and in tomato dishes. Experiment yourself and let us know.
