I love the convenience and quality of the frozen spinach. It eliminates washing and boiling them in one step and I can get on with what I want to make whether simply chopped and pan fried with carmelized onions or making spinach ricotta gnocchi.

Wonderfully fresh, delicate leaves. My son puts them in his sandwiches and I like to sautee them.
