The leaves are most flavorful when eaten fresh, so use it in Salsa, on fish, in salads, on poultry or try a cilantro pesto. Most recipes call for the leaves, pluck the leaves off the stems, but don't throw those stems away! Chop them up and toss in your salad or salsa for crunchy cilantro accents.


Store in a plastic bag or clamshell in the refrigerator, or stems down in a glass of water in the refrigerator.
