Time for a rhubarb pie! This one pound bunch is more than enough for a good sized pie. When you make your favorite pie recipe, consider serving it with Butterworks Heavy Cream.... oh my. Alternately, stewed rhubarb with some honey for sweetening and a pinch of cardamom is delicious over Strafford Vanilla Ice Cream.
