Oregano is best added towards to end of the meal prep so as to keep the flavors vibrant. Try adding fresh oregano, "green," to any salad. It is also wonderful dried in your kitchen and added to any Italian dish, and is a crucial component of a classic pizza sauce. You almost can't over season with oregano, and it works well with other robust flavors - such as strong cheeses and garlic.
