This herb is most flavorful enjoyed fresh. Excellent in tabbouleh, steeped in hot water and then cooled for a fresh mint tea, or added to a dressing for beets or other root vegetables.
Mint is best kept in the refrigerator, wrapped in a damp towel, or in a bag. It is best fresh but can be hung to dry in the kitchen and used any time.
