This spinach is excellent raw or cooked in your favorite recipe. It is fully washed but as with all spinach - an extra washing is advised to get out the last of the grit from all the wrinkles and folds.

Eat it raw in a salad or a quick steam makes this spinach fantastic with a dollop of Champlain Valley Cream Cheese or Ploughgate Butter.
Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
