Motown Mushrooms grows culinary and medicinal mushrooms in Morristown, VT. They are currently working with NH Mushroom Company to offer a steady supply of a variety of mushrooms. Both producers are Certified Organic by their respective states.
Enjoy sauteed in butter, added to a stir fry, omelette, soup, chowder, or pasta with cream. For the smaller mushrooms, simply tear the mushrooms into desired sizes, or slice the stems and tear the caps of the larger mushrooms.
Store in plastic clamshell, or brown paper bag in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed within a few days.
