Grown in beautifully tended soils, these summer squash are delicious and delicately flavored. Their skin is thin and edible, and they are harvested before they mature so the seeds in the center are still small and soft.

We suggest a light saute in olive oil or water. Season lightly with basil, dill or oregano and enjoy the inherent flavor of the squash. They also are delicious lightly grilled with salt and pepper.
Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
