This is a combination of woody aromatics and are best added in the early stages of the meal prep so as to give time for the flavors release into the dish. Perfect for savory stews of root vegetables, add flavor to a simmering soup stock, or use it on chicken, beef, pork or fish. You can use the entire stalks of herbs and remove them before eating, or pull the leaves off the stems, chop and add to your dish.
