Honeycrisp is not a good storage apple so eat these in the week you get them. Bill and his people at Champlain Orchards do such an amazing job harvesting these at peak freshness - you may have never tasted an apple like this before. Tasting is believing!!
Bill and Andrea at Champlain Orchards grow many fruits and vegetables, and produce apple products. They are committed to ecological practices and are Eco-Apple certified. Due to challenges of our Northeast climate, they are minimally sprayed to manage pests in an integrated practice with natural methods called Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
These apples are best enjoyed fresh, in salads, with nuts or chopped and sprinkle on your oatmeal.
Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
