Jacob and his brother Justin Finsen are now making a sliced bacon for us. The source and type pork is very important in Bacon as you really want the right mixture of fat and meat so it holds flavor. We have partnered them with Ben at Snug Valley Farm - our pig farmer - who pasture raises some of the best pork in the area, and you will be able to taste the difference.

This is sliced in 3/4 pound packages and all spices and flavors are real and naturally occuring - no nitrates, of flavor enhancers - why would you need them on meat that is this good.
