Vermont Chevon sources thier goats from Vermont Creamery's producers- making use of the animals that have passed their milking prime. Considered a 'dual-purpose' animal, these goats are enjoyed for their milk as well as their lean, flavorful meat.

No Nitrates or Nitrites added

This Merguez Sausage was frozen immediately after processing, and has been kept frozen. This product ships frozen and should arrive cool the touch.
