It is a beautiful soft ripened triple creme cheese with a bloomy white rind, made by Champlain Valley Creamery.
Produced from cultured whole milk and cream, Champlain Triple is hand ladled into traditional crottin molds and aged approximately 10 days.
Enjoy this fine cheese as an accent on a cheese plate, and absolutely delicious on it's own or with crackers. Allow to come to room temperature before serving for fullest flavor.
Store in the refrigerator.
