When asked to describe her Eggnog for Farmers To You Families, Farmer Amy Huyffer wrote, "Our egg nog is really simple, fresh cream and milk blended with some sugar, fresh eggs and egg yolks, and a touch of nutmeg. We don't use any emulsifiers like carageean, lecithin, or guar gum. We hand-crack fresh organic eggs just before they go through the pasteurizer. The whole creamery smells like nutmeg. Jay and Steve put on Elvis' Christmas album and bottle the eggnog with spirit."
Wonderful as is, or combined with bourbon or whiskey for a seasonal treat!
