Weekly Update-September 1st

Labor Day Weekend? Good golly, it seems like just yesterday that we were unveiling strawberries and other early season goodies.

There is just a hint of color in the Vermont hills — dark green turning a lighter shade, a few fallen leaves on the back roads, school buses rumbling down the road; the signs of autumn are all here. Last night we had a blue moon. The next full moon is the Harvest Moon. It’s a fantastic time of year.

As CSAs and Farmers Markets start to wind down for the season, we start ramping up!
