We’re excited to introduce a new special wash cheese: Wild Child Willoughby from the Cellars at Jasper Hill. This version of their creamy Willoughby has been washed in a limited edition of the Alchemist Brewery’s Wild Child Ale – a tart and sour ale. Enjoy at room temperature with Spelt Crackers, Baguette and Apples.

We have a fresh delivery of Pork from Snug Valley Farm: Chops, Shoulder, Tenderloin, Country Style Ribs, Cutlets and Ribs.

Stuffing Mix from Red Hen Baking is now available! A bag of cubed and dried Red Hen Bread waiting for your seasonings of choice- thyme, sage, parsley, onion, garlic, sausage and cranberries

Vermont Amber’s Organic Toffee is back!

  • Plain: also known as No Bits, this toffee is simply sweet and crunchy with a hint of salt
  • Coconut: unsweetened flaked coconut mix in for a delicate flavor and added texture
  • Salted Sesame: the flavor organic sesame seeds shines, balanced with just a dash of kosher salt

Frozen Berries: Strawberries, Blueberries and Raspberries, from Adam’s Berry Farm have captured the flavors summertime for our enjoyment through the colder months. Perfect for smoothies, with yogurt, oatmeal or in pancakes.

Roxbury Russet Apples from Champlain Orchards are back! The flavor is similar to guava and the texture like a coconut. Excellent for pies, tarts, fresh eating or cider.

A Note on Fresh Pasta and your Weekly Order:

Currently, all pastas are removed from of your Weekly Order when we update with new flavors. In response to requests, we’ve made a minor change: the plain pasta option (garganelli, fettuccine, ziti etc) will stay in your Weekly Order, but the shape of the pasta will change.

All other pastas (gluten free, raviolis and flavored) will be removed from your Weekly Order. Check our website (updated by Friday afternoon) for new flavors of the week.
