This Week’s Bounty: New Vinegar, Sausage, Onions, Carrots, Gold Beets and Snow Peas

We are excited to add Honey Wine Vinegar from Artesano of Groton, VT. Artesano makes Meads (Honey Wine), Vinegars and Tonics using local wildflower honey as the base for most of their creations. This Honey Wine Vinegar is well balanced with peppery and floral flavors. Enjoy as a finishing vinegar for a stir fry, or as a main ingredient for a dressing, sauce or marinade.  

Our July Monthly Stock Up continues!  We are featuring some key ingredients to dress up your summertime salads, stir fries, sauces and marinades- the following are 10% off for the month of July:

Sausage from Snug Valley Farm and Artisan Meats is back!  Enjoy Hot Italian or Italian on the grill or pan fried with Kimchi or Sauerkraut.  Their Maple Breakfast will not disappoint- enjoy as patties for breakfast for mix into a breakfast quiche or frittata. This is the same great sausage we’ve had in the past, but now with a Snug Valley Farm label.  Jacob of Artisan Meats of Vermont continues to make the sausage, just the label has changed!
