Enjoy a an Omelette or Scramble with lightly sauteed Pea Tendrils and your choice of  Goat Feta or Chevre, an egg salad sandwich with some delicate pea tendrils for texture, or a salad of Spinach, pea tendrils and sliced hard boiled egg.
