Looking for dinner ideas? Below you will find meal suggestions from our Weekly Menus. The Menus vary week to week and are updated by Friday morning of each week for the upcoming delivery week. You can either order one of the weekly menus, or mix and match by ordering the ingredients individually.

These menus are designed for simple, easy cooking that doesn’t require a recipe beyond salt, pepper, olive oil and an oven at 375 or a stovetop on medium-high.

3 Easy Dinners – Vegetarian suggested meals:

  • Creamy Potato Leek Soup topped with Cheddar Cheese
  • BBQ Tempeh sandwiches with melted Cheddar and a slaw of Cabbage, Celeriac and Apple
  • Rutabaga Oven Fries (see recipe below) with pan fried Cheese Curds and a Mesclun salad

3 Easy Dinners – Omnivore suggested meals:

  • Creamy Potato Leek Soup
  • Turkey Burgers with a slaw of Cabbage, Celeriac and Apple

  • Potato Leek Soup
  • Turkey Burgers with a slaw of Cabbage, Celeriac and Apple

3 Easy Dinners – Paleo suggested meals:

  • Purple Top Turnip, Carrot and Leek Soup (see recipe below)
  • Turkey Burgers with a slaw of Cabbage and Celeriac
  • Rutabaga Oven Fries (see recipe below), Poached Eggs and a Mesclun salad

Chicken Dinner: Use this Recipe as a general guide for your preparing this chicken dinner.

  • Roasted Chicken Legs and Garlic, mashed or cubed and roasted Purple Top Turnips topped with chopped Parley and a Mesclun Salad

Pizza Night:

  • Pizza with BBQ Sauce, Chicken, crumbled Cheese Curds and sliced Shallots.  Also delicious with crumbled Blue Cheese!

In advance:   Roast Chicken Legs with Salt and Pepper.  When cool, pull or chop meat for Pizza topping, and use remaining chicken for a chicken salad.

Breakfast Basket:

  • Whole Yogurt, Pistachio Mulberry Granola and Strawberries- thawed or stewed.
