Our Fish Share this week is Sea Scollops from Plymouth, MA. Red’s Best is packing them in 12 ounce trays with 12-18 scollops per tray. Once you taste scollops this fresh you will be spoiled forever!

Unity Farm – Now that winter has firmly set in, Cathy Wells at Unity Farm is growing Green Kale for us in her range of greenhouses. Cathy owns the land that Julie Rubaud of Red Wagon Herbs grows on too. She is working to create a partnership of different growers to best utilize her land and resources.
Pete’s Greens is helping us once again to extend the season for their incredible vegetables. This week’s selection of frozen vegetables includes Broccoli, Cauliflower, Green Beans, Spinach, Zucchini, and Jalapeño Peppers. These are all frozen at the height of flavor on site at Pete’s.
In case you missed it, Red Hen Baking has started producing their Panettone bread. A fruit filled brioche. So great for the holidays and a real treat when toasted for breakfast.
Jen at Love and Tea has increased her selection of teas for the holidays, both for your pleasure and also for gift giving.
