Dave and his wife Michelle founded Valicenti Organico to grow their own ingredients and produce delicious, fresh, gourmet pastas and sauces in historic Hollis, NH, where Dave's family has lived for more than 35 years. Hollis is full of multigenerational family farms, so if the ingredients don't come from the Valicenti's organically grown 11 acres, they come from their neighbors.
Both Michelle and Dave began cooking at an early age and together have over 40 years of professional cooking and baking experience. Working in the fully licensed commercial farm kitchen that they created from a restored barn on their property, Dave and Michelle cook as if it's all for family and friends. Their fresh pasta and outstanding sauces are made with the highest quality fresh ingredients and are sure to become family favorites.
